Le Nouvel KLCC (GPS: 3.15953, 101.71242) is a luxury condominium complex in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Located across the road from the Petronas Twin Towers along Jalan Ampang, it comprises two skyscraper blocks with are 49 storeys and 43 storeys. Designed by Fench architect Ateliers Jean Nouvel, it houses 197 luxury condominium units with gross built-up area from 1,800 square feet to 4,700 square feet.
Le Nouvel is built on a 1.5-acre freehold plot. Developer's selling price is RM2,200 per square foot.
