Jalan Robertson, Kuala Lumpur (Jun 2024)Jalan Robertson is a minor road in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Located off Jalan Pudu, it leads to the Church of St Anthony. According to Streets of Kuala Lumpur1, the namesake of Jalan Robertson, one D.G. Robertson, was the manager of the Federated Engineering Company, at one time. He had his house on this road. Initially, that house had the address of 2A Pudoh Road, but in 1908, the KL Sanitary Board decided to name the road leading to his house after him, to avoid confusion with nearby Jalan Pudu.
