Jalan Palestin, Kuala Lumpur (Jun 2024)

Jalan Palestin is a minor road in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is a road fragmented into three parts, and was created in September 2020 out of the former Jalan Raja Laut 1 and Jalan Bunus. The western segment of Jalan Palestin connects Jalan Raja Laut to Lorong Gombak. The middle segment is a pedestrian alley between Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and Lorong Tuanku Abdul Rahman. The eastern segment is between Jalan Masjid India and Jalan Munshi Abdullah. This segment is also tiled but allows vehicular traffic.

Segments of Jalan Palestin was formerly called Jalan Bunus. Other roads in the vicinity with "Bunus" to their name was once part of a Malay settlement called Kampung Bunus, which in turn was named after a Malay leader of Mandailing descent, Jabanus a.k.a. Tok Bunus1
