Jalan Eaton is a minor road in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It links Jalan Kia Peng to Jalan Tun Razak. The road passes through an affluent neighbourhood with most of the properties there belonging to Malaysian royalties.
Jalan Eaton was originally Eaton Road. It was named after the Director of the Rubber Research Institute of Malaya (RRI), Lieutenant-Colonel Bertis James Eaton.1 Eaton was one of those who have advanced on rubber research. The road was named after retirement, to honour his services to the institute. The road once led to the staff quarters of the institute.
