Jalan Belia is a minor road in the Chow Kit neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. This L-shaped road connects Jalan Sri Amar on the northern end to Jalan Raja Laut in the western end. According to Kuala Lumpur Street Names1, this road was given its name in 1965.
