Changkat Kia Peng is a minor road in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Occasionally called Jalan Changkat Kia Peng, it is located off Jalan Kia Peng, on the south side of KLCC. The road curves uphill towards the official residence of the Sultan of Johor in Kuala Lumpur.
