Masjid Mukim Kuala Semerak (GPS: 5.87682, 102.49291) is a country mosque in the village of Kuala Semerak, in Jajahan Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. The mosque has a simple prayer hall with a hip roof topped with an onion dome. The minaret is also topped with a smaller onion dome.
