Troika Kota BharuTroika (GPS: 6.12078, 102.24086) is a building in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It is located at the junction of Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and Jalan Gereja.
Standing at 36 storeys, it is the tallest building in Kelantan. The building comprises Troika Residences, which is the residential component, with units ranging in size from 506 sqft to 1,518 sqft, occupying levels 7 to 36, and Troika Avenue, the commercial component, with 21 units of shoplots, ranging from 775 sqft to 2,185 sqft. Troika was built by Kelmedic Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Malvest Group and YAKIN.
