Masjid Mukim Telok Kitam (GPS: 6.16802, 102.30715) is a mosque in the Pengkalan Chepa area of Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The mosque is located along Jalan Tok Guru. The mosque has a single-storey prayer hall with a roof lantern and spire topped with the crescent moon crest. The minaret is four storeys tall.
