Bulatan Jam Besar is a roundabout in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It is also called Bulatan Tuan Padang. The roundabout is served by Jalan Sultan Ibrahim, Jalan Hospital, Jalan Ismail, Jalan Temenggung and Jalan Gajah Mati. Located within the roundabout is Menara Jam Besar.
