Yan (GPS: 5.79465, 100.3716) is a town in Kedah. It is the main town as well as district capital for Yan District. The town is located near the coast of Tanjung Dawai. There are also several waterfalls located near Yan, including Seri Perigi, Titi Hayun, Batu Hampar and Puteri Mandi.
