Pulau Pasir is a islet to the east of
Pulau Tuba, Langkawi. This small uninhabited island is located at the mouth to Tanjung Tuba, to the west of
Pulau Enggang. It has a stretch of sandy beach on the western coast which is ideal for picnicking. However, Pulau Pasir is seldom visited.
Pulau Pasir means
Sand Island in Malay. This probably points to the wide sandy beach on the island.
