Langkawi Parade is claimed to be the biggest shopping centre in Langkawi. It is located at Pokok Asam, on the western part of Kuah Town.

The anchor tenant and owner of Langkawi Parade is Teow Soon Huat Department Store & Supermarket, a local retail name that has grown in tandem with Langkawi's development. Langkawi Parade has 60 retail outlets including Nike, Billabong and Body Glove. The mall boasts the first multi-storey car park in Langkawi.

Adjoining Langkawi Parade is the 168-room Langkasuka Hotel. There is also a sports centre with gym on the 10th floor.
