Alor Setar Tourist Information Centre (30 July, 2016)
Alot Setar Tourist Information Centre (GPS: 6.11555, 100.36522) is the place to get information about tourist attractions in Malaysia. The centre is housed in the former Lower Court Building of Alor Setar on Jalan Raja. Before the court house building, there was a surau on that site belonging to a Muslim scholar by the name of Tuan Guru Haji Salleh.
In addition to being the Tourist Information Centre, the former Lower Court Building today also holds the Kedah office of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture.
