Jalan Gunung Keriang (Feb 2019)Jalan Gunung Keriang is a semi-rural road to the north of Alor Setar, Kedah. It is located at the foot of its 218-metre-tall namesake. The road passes through a flat land that was formerly paddy field The road traverses flat terrain, formerly used as paddy fields, and provides access to several notable sites such as Gunung Keriang Recreational Park and Kedah Paddy Museum.
The area is known for its crystal hunting activities. In 2014, a one-ton crystal was discovered here, highlighting the geological richness of Gunung Keriang.1
