Jalan Dato Tan Seng Leong is a major road in Kluang, Johor. It connects Jalan Bakawali in the east to the Kluang Health Office. In between, it is intersected by Jalan Haji Manan, Jalan Syed Abdul Hamid Sagaf and Persiaran Dato Haji Ismail Hassan. Jalan Sentol forms a junction to it.
