Tropicana Danga Bay (15 September, 2016)
Tropicana Danga Bay (GPS: 1.47904, 103.72332) is a property development in Danga Bay, Johor Bahru. Jointly developed by Tropicana Corporation Berhad and Iskandar Waterfront Sdn Bhd, it covers an area of 37 acres. The masterplan calls for a two phase residential development. The first phase is called Tropez Residences while the second is Bora Residences. In addition, Tropicana Danga Bay also includes the development of a Waterfront Central Park, with area leftover for future development.
Tropez Residences comprises three 38-storey blocks with the facilities floor on level 6. There are four floor plans to choose, with built up area of 689 sqft, 958 sqft, 1163 sqft and 1615 sqft.
Bora Residences will offer four different floor plans as well, with built up area of 694 sqft, 945 sqft, 1011 saft and 1550 sqft.
In addition to the residential blocks, there will be a shopping mall planned.
