The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum (GPS: 1.47357, 103.76443) is a luxurious condominium in Johor Bahru. It comprises two condominium blocks that are 65 storeys and 70 storeys tall, making them the tallest residential towers in Southeast Asia. The Astaka offers 438 condominium units with built up area ranging from 2,207 sq ft to 5,554 sq ft. The development received the Best Condo Development (Malaysia) award by Southeast Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) and Best Luxury High Rise Development by iProperty.com People's Choice Awards Malaysia.
The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum is located beside Jalan Tebrau. It occupies a 4.8-hectare freehold land. Together, the condominium has a gross floor area of 6.3 million sq ft. It was conceptualised by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the architectural firm behind Dubai's Burj Khalifa.
