Located in the eponymous Stulang Darat neighbourhood, this road connects with Jalan Lingkaran Dalam in the west with Jalan Pasir Pelangi in the east, at the junction with Jalan Stulang Laut. The Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (E14) runs parallel to it on a viaduct.
