Jalan Duke is a minor road in downtown Johor Bahru, Johor. It is today a one-way street. Traffic enters at Jalan Dhoby and exits at Jalan Ungku Puan.

Jalan Duke was originally called Duke Street. It was named after the Duke of Edinburgh, on the occasion of the visit by his elder brother, King Edward VII, to Johor on 17 February, 1907.
