Akrotiri (Greek: Ακρωτήρι) is a peninsula in the region of Chania, in Crete, Greece. It is now part of the municipality of Chania. The area has a population of around 10,300 people.

Among the sights in Akrotiri includes the tombs of Eleftherios Venizelos and his son Sophoklis, and the 17th century monastery Aghia Triada.
