Great Harbour Cay is the main island of the Berry Islands, Bahamas. The island has a population of around six hundred people (2012 estimate), comprising most of the permanent inhabitants of the Berry Islands.
Great Harbour Cay measures about 11 km (7 mi) long and 2.5 km (1.5 mi) wide. To the north is Great Stirrup Cay while to the south Fanny Cay. A main road runs from the northern tip of the island to Shark Creek Beach.
Bullock Harbour, on the south central part of Great Harbour Cay is the only town there. It is in fact on a small islet of its own, with on ocean inlet between them. Facilities here are quite basic. A causeway now connects the two islands.
