6 Raffles Quay (GPS: 1.28187, 103.85141) is a high-rise office building in downtown Singapore. Often called John Hancock Tower, it is located along Raffles Quay between Hong Leong Building to the left and Ascott Raffles Place Singapore to the right. Across the road is One Raffles Quay.

The Singapore branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is a major tenant at 6 Raffles Quay. Established in 1993, the Singapore branch is the first overseas branch of ICBC. In 2013, it became the first bank to be appoint as an RMB clearing bank outside Great China. As of 2017, it is the sole RMB Clearing Bank in Singapore.

The Raffles Place MRT Station (EW14/NS26), Telok Ayer MRT Station (DT18) and Downtown MRT Stations (DT17) are almost equidistance from 6 Raffles Quay.
