Lorong Medan Tuanku 1 is a minor road in the Chow Kit neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. It connects Jalan Sultan Ismail to Jalan Medan Tuanku. To access it from Jalan Sultan Ismail, you have to turn in to a service road, as there is a road divider for the Jalan Sultan Ismail Pedestrian Bridge between the service road and the main portion of Jalan Sultan Ismail.
