Mak Mandin is one of the earliest industrial estates in Penang. It is located on the northern side of the Perai River facing the Seberang Jaya Industrial Park.

Getting there

Exit the North-South Expressway at Exit 164 (Permatang Pauh Interchange). Go west on Jalan Permatang Pauh and you will each Mak Mandin Industrial Estate on your right.

Among the factories at Mak Mandin includes Kim Guan Choon, Federal Oatmeal, Fujikura Federal Cables, Quah Sin Kheng, Gold Coin and Zenman.
