Our homemade Jawa Mee (29 October 2016)
It took us three days to make, but finally we got to enjoy our Jawa Mee when Saturday arrived. We have started our preparation for this dish on Thursday, when my wife prepared the fried shallot. This was followed by preparing the fritters and the sambal.
The Jawa Mee was the main item on the table during our family gathering, which was held at my father-in-law's holiday house yesterday. It was enough to serve the whole clan of about a dozen family members.
