Hoo Bak Bihun is fish meat bihun soup. It is usually sold by vendors who also sell tomyam bihun and hoo tau bihun. The bihun, or rice noodle, used in Hoo Bak Bihun is usually available in two varieties, the thin and the thick. In addition, customers can also choose to have the fish meat soup with egg noodles (mee), or even maggi mee.
Hoo Bak Bihun is usually served with a soya sauce dip garnished with red chilli or hot cili padi.
