They come in two types: Studio units with a floor size of 46 square meters, of which there are 136 units with twin beds and 103 units with king-size beds, and Family units with a floor size of 55.85 square meters, of which there are 68 units, each with king-size beds.

The rates for the Studio units are RM138 nett per night, while the Family Suites are at RM199 nett.

B-Suite is 12.5 km from Magazine Circus. It is more suitable for executives attached to multi-national companies in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone.

The nearest bus stops at along Jalan Tun Dr Awang, in front of Bukit Jambul Complex, and along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, in front of Kwang Wah Primary School. Rapid Penang Bus 304, 305, 306, 307, 308 and 705 pass that way.

Amenities

The nearest schools are Kwang Hwa Primary School, Shih Chung Branch School and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sungai Nibong. The nearest market is the Lip Sin Market. The nearest shopping mall is Bukit Jambul Complex, following by Queensbay Mall and Sunshine Square. The nearest hospital is Hospital Pantai Mutiara.

Traffic

Traffic is moderate along Medan Kampung Relau but very heavy along Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.
