The development received the Best Condo Development (Malaysia) award by Southeast Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) and Best Luxury High Rise Development by iProperty.com People's Choice Awards Malaysia.

The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum is located beside Jalan Tebrau. It occupies a 4.8-hectare freehold land. Together, the condominium has a gross floor area of 6.3 million sq ft. It was conceptualised by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the architectural firm behind Dubai's Burj Khalifa.
