Wisma Malvest is a small commercial complex at the junction of Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Bukit Gambier in Sungai Nibong Kecil. The six-storey complex was built in the early 1990's. It houses mostly offices. The Alliance Bank has a branch at the ground floor.
