U-Garden is a condominium complex in Minden Heights, Penang. It comprises a 27-storey block and a 28-storey block, on freehold tenure, completed in 1997. The condo units are each 800 square feet in size. Estimated selling price is between RM170,000 to RM200,000. Maintenance fee is RM100 per month.

Facilities

Facilities include 24-hour security, covered parking lot, swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, tennis court, badminton court, cineplex, intercom system, community hall and landscaped garden.

Location

U-Garden Condominium is 10.4 km from Magazine Circus. It is slightly far but still manageable for those who are working in George Town.

Public Transport

Forget about taking public transport as it requires a walk of over half an hour to reach the main road, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. This place is for people with their own vehicles.

Amenities

The nearest petrol station are the Mobil and Shell along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in Gelugor. The nearest market is the Super Tanker market in Lip Sin. The nearest shopping centre is Tesco Penang. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.

Traffic

There is very little traffic within the surroundings of U Garden. The main road, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, on the other hand, is very busy for much of the day.
