The Sanctuary (see map) is a luxury housing development in Batu Uban, Penang. It is located at the far end of Century Garden.

The properties at The Sanctuary have built-up area ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 6,200 sq ft. Some of these lots have good views of the South Channel and the Penang Bridge, although it cannot be guaranteed that the view will not be blocked by future high rise development.

Location

The Sanctuary is 10.5 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for upper income executives and business owners who demand luxurious living in a secluded neighbourhood.

Public Transport

The Sanctuary is far from any public transport routes. It is certainly not for people who need to take the bus.

Amenities

The nearest petrol station is the Mobil at Pantai Jerejak. The nearest schools include SJK(C) Keong Hoe, SJK (C) Kwang Hwa, SJK Shih Chung Cawangan and SMK Sungai Nibong. The nearest market are the Lip Sin and Super Tanker markets. The nearest shopping centres include Tesco Penang and Queensbay Mall. Pantai Hospital and Lam Wah Ee Hospital are about equidistance from this property.

Traffic

Traffic in Century Garden is light although the main road, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, is heavy, with congestion usually building up during Fridays.
