Terengganu Road forms junctions with Lim Lean Teng Road and Jalan P. Ramlee as well as a few other minor roads such as Kampar Road, Sungkai Road and Gemas Road. The smallest roundabout in Penang is located at the junction of Terengganu Road with Jalan P. Ramlee.
Terengganu Road emerges at the Jalan Air Itam end beside Sekolah Menengah Sri Mutiara.
