Taman Sri Bunga* is a lower medium cost apartment complex along Lorong Parit Buntar, in the Perak Road neighbourhood in Jelutong, Penang.

Not to be confused with another apartment of the same name, Taman Sri Bunga in Sungai Dua, it was constructed in 1999. It comprises two blocks of 12 storey 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartments with a total of 276 units, each with a built-up area of 750 square feet each. Estimated selling price is in the region of RM120,000.

Location

Taman Sri Bunga is just 3.8 km from Magazine Circus. It is in a densely populated area which gets quite congested and noisy. Moreover new high rises are being constructed all around it.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 10 pass through Perak Road while 206 pass through Van Praagh Road, a short walking distance from Taman Sri Bunga.

Traffic along Perak Road is heavy throughout the day. On Fridays there is a pasar malam along Van Praagh Road in front of Taman Sri Bunga, which is both a shopping opportunity as well as a source of congestion.
