Taman Seri Perak is a 24-storey medium cost apartment along Lorong Hijau 7, off Van Praagh Road, which itself is within the Perak Road neighbourhood in Jelutong, Penang. It was completed in 1997. Each unit is about 700 square feet in size, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is on freehold tenure. Estimated selling price is around RM140,000 to RM160,000.

Taman Seri Perak is just 3.5 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for people working in the city. However, the density of the high rise residential properties makes this locality quite congested and noisy.

Rapid Penang Bus 10 pass through Perak Road while 206 pass through Van Praagh Road, a short walking distance from Taman Seri Perak.

Traffic along Perak Road is heavy throughout the day. On Fridays there is a pasar malam at Taman Seri Perak, which is both a shopping opportunity as well as a source of congestion.
