Permata Sport Complex Swimming Pool (27 March 2009)


There are in fact very few public swimming pools in Penang. The only ones on Penang Island includes the pool at Permata Sports Complex in Farlim, and the Olympic-size pool at PISA.

There are a number of clubs with pools which are open for use to members only. Among them includes the Penang Swimming Club, Penang Chinese Swimming Club, Chinese Recreation Club and the Bukit Jambul Country Club. Many condominiums and apartments have pools for use by the occupants and guests.
