Suria Mutiara are two 18-storey lower-medium cost apartments along Jalan Grik, off Perak Road, Jelutong, Penang. It has a total of 182 apartment units, completed in 2006 on freehold tenure. Each apartment has a built-up area of approximately 700 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Estimated selling price is around RM165,000 to RM190,000. Estimated rental is between RM600 to RM850 per month.

Suria Mutiara is just 3.9 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for people working in the city. However, the density of the high rise residential properties makes this locality quite congested and noisy.

Traffic along Perak Road is heavy throughout the day. On Fridays there is a pasar malam at Suria Mutiara, which is both a shopping opportunity as well as a source of congestion.
