Estimated rental is between RM600 to RM850 per month.

Suria Mutiara is just 3.9 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for people working in the city. However, the density of the high rise residential properties makes this locality quite congested and noisy.

Rapid Penang Bus 10 pass through Perak Road while 206 pass through Van Praagh Road, a short walking distance from Suria Mutiara.

The nearest market is the Perak Road Market. The nearest supermarket is Sunshine Jelutong while the nearest hypermarket is Tesco Penang. The nearest petrol station is the Mobil at Jalan Jelutong. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.

Traffic

Traffic along Perak Road is heavy throughout the day. On Fridays there is a pasar malam at Suria Mutiara, which is both a shopping opportunity as well as a source of congestion.
