Sunny Ville is a condominium complex in Batu Uban, Penang. It comprises six 22-storey blocks on freehold tenure. The condo units range in size from 900 to 1,200 square feet. Estimated selling price is RM200,000 to RM270,000.

Facilities include security, covered parking lot, swimming pool, wading pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, gymnasium, convenience store, laundrette and landscaped garden.
Location
Sunny Ville is 9.5 km from Magazine Circus. It is almost 10 km from the city centre, but by using the Jelutong Expressway, you can get there in 15 minutes or less, unless there is a traffic jam. It is ideal for people working in Bayan Lepas.
Public Transport
Rapid Penang Bus No. 301, 303 and 304 pass along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. If you are staying at N-Park, you hava a good 250 meters of walking to reach the nearest bus stop.
Amenities
The nearest schools to N-Park are Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Gelugor, Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Phor Tay, and three Chinese primary schools, Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Keong Hoe in Sungai Dua; and Kwang Hwa Primary School and Shih Chung (Primary) Branch School in Sungai Nibong. The nearest market from Batu Uban is at Lip Sin. The nearest shopping mall is Queensbay Mall. The nearest hypermarkets are Tesco Extra and Tesco Penang, both about the same distance away. The nearest petrol station from Batu Uban is the Mobil at Pantai Jerejak and the Caltex next to Tesco Penang. There isn't a hospital really nearby. Pantai Hospital and Lam Wah Ee Hospital are both about equal distance away.
Traffic
For a condominium project, Sunny Ville is located in a very high density area with many tenants from the neighbouring condominium blocks having to park their vehicles along the roadside. It is however strategically located, being surrounded by two major roads, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Sungai Nibung Expressway. Traffic is smooth except during the evening rush hour, when traffic congestion from the Penang Bridge often spill onto the two aforementioned major roads.
