St Paul's Church is a Chinese language Anglican church in Penang. Located at 56, Macalister Road, St Paul's Church is just across the road from the Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of Sorrows. The building is finished with grey plastering. The church includes a 5-storey annex to its right.

The history of St Paul's Church goes back to 1886, when Chinese language worship services were conducted by Zeng Qiguang and Chen Youyi within the St George's Church. The first pastor was Xie Wentian. Services were conducted in various premises included at Burmah Road and Chulia Street before the building at Macalister Road was erected in 1930.
