Sri Perdana Condominium (GPS: 5.42607, 100.32241) is a 30-storey condominium along Northam Road, Penang. The condominium is within the same complex as Menara BHL Bank. Despite its Northam Road address (49 Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah), Sri Perdana Condominium is accessed via Salween Road. It was built in 1996 on freehold tenure and has a total of 148 units served by three lifts.


Facilities include 24-hour security, multi-storey parking, car wash bay, swimming pool, gynnasium, sauna, community hall, tennis court, squash court, badminton court, intercom system, games room and landscaped garden.

The nearest market is Chowrasta Market. The nearest school is Sekolah Kebangsaan Wellesley. The nearest petrol station is the Shell on Kelawei Road. The nearest shopping centre is Komtar (and its neighbouring malls). The nearest hospital is Gleneagles Medical Centre.


Sri Perdana Condominium is only 1.9 km from Magazine Circus, making it conveniently located within George Town.


Traffic along Northam Road is usually heavy though this is not so for Salween Road. Nevertheless, there could be congestions building up along Arratoon Road, the main access road for Salween Road. The alternative exit is via Burmah Road, which also experiences heavy traffic for most the day.

Public Transport

People staying at Sri Perdana Condominium are unlikely to use public transport. In any case, Rapid Penang Bus 103 and 104 pass through Northam Road.
