The Sin Kang Estate Funeral Parlour, Cemetery Pavilion and Columbarium is located in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam, also known as Farlim. The Sin Kang Estate, or Thean Teik Estate, is land belonging to the Khoo Kongsi. The funeral parlour is built to serve the nearby Thean Teik Cemetery.
