Facilities at Regency includes 24-hour security, covered parking, swimming pool, children's pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court, squash, reading room, visitor lounge and landscaping.

Location

Regency is 3.9 km from Magazine Circus. It is an ideal residence for high income executives working in the city. Its proximity to Gurney Plaza means that you have a big shopping mall at your doorstep. On the other hand, having Gurney Plaza next door means that you will have to bear with heavy traffic on Gurney Drive in front of your condo.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 304 is the only bus that passes through Gurney Plaza in front of Regency Condominium.

Amenities

The nearest petrol stations are the Mobil and Shell along Kelawei Road, Shell along Burmah Road, and the Shell and Caltex along Jalan Tanjong Tokong. The nearest market is the Pulau Tikus Market. The nearest schools include the Penang Chinese Girls' High School, Sri Inai International School and St Xavier's Primary School. The nearest hospital is the Penang Adventist Hospital. The nearest shopping mall is Gurney Plaza next door.

Traffic

The traffic, as mentioned before, is heavy in front of Regency Condominium, due to Gurney Plaza as well as the Gurney Drive Hawker Centre nearby.
