Putra Place Condominium (see map) comprises 5 blocks of condominiums in Queensbay, Penang. It was built in 2006 on 99-year leasehold tenure. The condos have a size of 1,000 square feet each, and an estimated selling price of between RM220,000 to RM250,000. Maintenance fee is RM100 per month.

Facilities

Facilities include 24-hour security, parking lot, swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, basketball court, barbeque pit, community hall, visitor lounge, convenience store and landscaped garden.

Location

Putra Place Condominium is 11.1 km from Magazine Circus. Despite the distance, you can actually reach the city within 20 minutes, unless that is traffic jam on the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. Jams usually build up at the Penang Bridge Interchange and at the exit at Prangin Road Ghaut.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 304, 307, 308, 401e and 705 pass through Persiaran Bayan Indah. You may need to walk a bit to the nearest bus stop, though.

Amenities

The nearest petrol station is the Caltex next to Tesco Penang. The nearest schools include SK Sungai Nibong, SJK(C) Keong Hoe, SJK(C) Kwang Hwa and SJK(C) Shih Chung Cawangan. The nearest markets are the Lip Sin Market and Super Tanker Market. The nearest shopping centre is Queensbay Mall. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.

Traffic

The road in front of Putra Place Condominiums is moderately heavy with fast moving traffic heading from the Queensbay roundabout towards the expressway.
