Plaza Ivory Condominium, also known as Ivory Tower Condominium and University Place Condominium, is a condominium-cum-retail-complex in Halaman Bukit Gambier, in Bukit Gambier, Penang. Constructed by the Ivory Properties Group in 2004, it comprises two 29-storey residential blocks on freehold tenure above a 3-storey retail podium. It has a total of 260 standard units and 12 penthouse units. The standard units have a built-up area of 900 square feet. Estimated selling price is between RM230,000 and RM290,000. Estimated rental is about RM1,200 to RM1,500 per month. Maintenance fee is between RM110 and RM120 per month.

Facilities include security services, covered parking lot, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, basketball court, lounge, multi-purpose hall, children's playground and landscaped garden.

Plaza Ivory is 9.9 km from Magazine Circus. Its location is midway between the northern and southern part of the island.

Rapid Penang Bus 302 passed through Jalan Bukit Gambir in front of Plaza Ivory.

The nearest market is the Super Tanker Market. The nearest shopping centre are Tesco Extra and Bukit Jambul Complex. The nearest petrol station is Petronas Bukit Gambier. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital in Batu Lanchang.

Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Bukit Gambier is heavy, though it helps that there is a traffic light for USM that helps traffic access to Plaza Ivory.
