Rumah Orang Tua Uzur Pulau Pinang, or Penang Home for the Old and Infirm, at Jalan Masjid Negeri (Green Lane) is a senior citizen home in the Green Lane area. It is located between Lam Wah Ee Hospital and the World Red Swatika Society.

The home was established in 1963. The Green Lane facility is the main building with a branch at Jalan Residensi. The objective of the Penang Home for the Infirm and Aged is to provide a home for the destitute and aged who require care, treatment and nursing. For those who are chronically ill, they are looked after and given rehabilitation.
