Penang Hill Car Park is a public car park located at the Penang Hill Railway Station, at the foot of Penang Hill. The car park was built with the hope to reduce congestion at Jalan Bukit Bendera.

The Penang Hill Car Park was built by the Penang Development Corporation at a cost of RM5 million. It has 120 parking bays on three levels. The car park, which has not been able to obtain an Occupation Certificate has been the subject of many complaints.

Dubbed the Kancil Car Park, the Penang Hill Car Park has been critized for its poor design which makes it difficult for cars bigger than the Perodua Kancil to park there. Due to the low ceiling of each level, four-wheel-drive vehicles will have a difficult time getting in and out of the car park. Furthermore, the steep gradient of the ramps leading from one level to another makes it difficult for most cars to ascend, after which they have to make a sharp cornering at the landing.

The Penang Hill Car Park is not equipped with lifts, so those who park there have to climb the stairs of the five-storey building. The car park has provided an opportunity for the policians to fight among themselves, hurling accusations and pointing fingers, to the amusement and chagrin of the Penang public.
