Patani Road is one of the major roads in George Town, Penang. It runs in a north-south direction from Dato Kramat Road to Jalan Sungai Pinang, intersecting the Sungai Pinang river somewhere mid way along its route.

Patani Road was named after the province of Patani in south Thailand. It is one of several road names inspired by places in Thailand, including Siam Road, which is located directly across from Patani Road.

Patani Road is a working-class locality with low to medium cost high rises, government quarters and automobile service centres. At the Dato Kramat end of the road is the Dato Kramat Police Station, the main traffic police station for the island.
