 Moulmein Road or Jalan Moulmein is a road in the Pulau Tikus district of George Town. As with a number of places in Pulau Tikus, it was named after a town in Myanmar. In this case, the town of Moulmein, which today is known as Mawlamyine.

There are two roads in the Pulau Tikus district with the name Moulmein. The other is Moulmein Close, which starts from Burmah Road and ends at Jalan Pasar.

Getting there

Take Rapid Penang Bus 101, 103 or 104, to Burmah Road and walk from there through Moulmein Close to reach Moulmein Road.
