The Macallum Street Ghaut PDC Flats are low-cost flats built on the reclaimed land of Macallum Street Ghaut. They comprise the low-rise, medium-rise and high-rise blocks. All are located off either Macallum Street Ghaut or Cecil Street Ghaut.
The low-rise blocks face Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. There are three blocks namely Block 340, 342 and 344. Each is 5 storeys tall. These are walk-up flats.
The medium-rise blocks are located immediately behind the low-rise blocks. These are 12 storeys tall. There are also three of them, namely Block 346, 348 and 350.
Rising behind the medium-rise blocks are the two high-rise blocks, 352 and 354. They are 22 storeys tall.
