Low Clan Association is one of the less well-known clan associations in Penang. It occupies a double-storey shoplot along Magazine Road. The ground floor is rented out for commercial use. The clan association itself could barely be seen.

Unlike the houses on its either sides, the Low Clan Association façade has been removated. In the process, the original ornate plastering has been done away, and in its place are plain-looking modern window panes.
